Drive-through pickup is available on November 18 & 19 between 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 1 PM-4 PM, but traffic may be heavier if not arriving during your scheduled day/time.
No, all lockbox pickups should be received in the drive-through vehicle line.
If you arrive at your scheduled time, the process should take no more than 5-8 minutes to complete.
No, the drive-through process will allow you to stay safely in your vehicle, roll down your passenger window, indicated your company name and your lockbox(es) will be brought directly to your vehicle within a few minutes.
You can pick up your lockbox(es) at the CFR office on November 22 or 23 between 9 AM - 4 PM located at 6105 Oleander Dr. Suite 102.
You can drop off your old lockbox(es) during your scheduled pickup time for proper recycling.
Two recycling container locations will be available until November 30 to dispose of old SUPRA lockbox(es):
- Terraces on Sir Tyler side parking lot - 1826 Sir Tyler Dr
- CFR/EmergeOrtho Parking Lot: 6019 Oleander Dr. (Bagley Ave.)
No, the old lockbox(es) must be recycled due to the battery content within the lockbox that is harmful to the environment if not recycled properly.
No, you will need to contact Becky Woodcock, becky@capefear.realtor, after December 1 to make arrangements for additional lockbox(es).
