Pricing for the SentriLock System is the same as currently billed for basic e-Key service. If you subscribed to the e-KEY Pro Service, your rate will decrease from $27.50 to $17 per month.

FAQs

What if I can't pick up on the exact day and/or time I was scheduled during the drive-through event?

Drive-through pickup is available on November 18 & 19 between 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 1 PM-4 PM, but traffic may be heavier if not arriving during your scheduled day/time. 

Can I pick up my lockbox(es) inside the office on November 18 or 19?

No, all lockbox pickups should be received in the drive-through vehicle line. 

How long will it take to receive my lockbox(es) at the drive-through location?

If you arrive at your scheduled time, the process should take no more than 5-8 minutes to complete.

Should I get out of my vehicle?

No, the drive-through process will allow you to stay safely in your vehicle, roll down your passenger window, indicated your company name and your lockbox(es) will be brought directly to your vehicle within a few minutes. 

What if I can't attend the Office Pick Up Drive-Through Event as scheduled?

You can pick up your lockbox(es) at the CFR office on November 22 or 23 between 9 AM - 4 PM located at 6105 Oleander Dr. Suite 102. 

How do I get rid of my old SUPRA lockbox(es)? 

You can drop off your old lockbox(es) during your scheduled pickup time for proper recycling. 

What if I don't drop off my old lockbox(es) during the Office Pickup Drive-Through Event?

Two recycling container locations will be available until November 30 to dispose of old SUPRA lockbox(es):
- Terraces on Sir Tyler side parking lot - 1826 Sir Tyler Dr
- CFR/EmergeOrtho Parking Lot: 6019 Oleander Dr. (Bagley Ave.)

Can I throw away my old SUPRA lockbox(es) in the trash?

No, the old lockbox(es) must be recycled due to the battery content within the lockbox that is harmful to the environment if not recycled properly. 

Can I pick up more lockbox(es) than are indicated for pickup?

No, you will need to contact Becky Woodcock, becky@capefear.realtor, after December 1 to make arrangements for additional lockbox(es).
