Through these groups, members help determine MLS rules, education classes, public programs, form modifications, legislative positions, dues/fees, award criteria, discounted services, etc.

CFR COMMITTEES
CFR Committees are charged with advancing key areas of the Association's Strategic Plan. Committees are a year-long commitment and meet monthly or bimonthly.
Community relations Committee
The Community Relations Committee (CRC) has the responsibility of establishing and growing meaningful community partnerships for the betterment of our REALTOR® Members and the community in accordance with the CFR Strategic Plan.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION Committee
To cultivate a diverse future for Real Estate, foster an inclusive environment at the association level, and support equity through the provision of equal professional services to all. This committee will identify and celebrate the strengths of the Association’s DEI commitment, develop, and support innovative solutions for areas of improvement, strengthen leadership and membership participation by educating members through annual training and programming, and prioritize the creation of resources that support equal professional services to all.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee of the Association is responsible for monitoring the income and expense accounts of the Association, determining the best methods of financing Association programs, projects, and services, and recommending the annual budget to the Board of Directors for approval. Budget meetings begin in late June or early July and conclude in September. The annual budget shall be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval, preceding the budget year. Audit and annual review results are reported to Finance Committee members annually.
Composition: CFR members as appointed by the CFR Officers.

Government Affairs Committee

MLS Committee
The Multiple Listing Committee serves as a liaison between CFR MLS participants and Hive MLS. Participants engaging in real estate contribute to common databases; and is a facility for the orderly correlation and dissemination of listing information so Participants may better serve their clients and the public.

Professional Development Committee

The networking committee aims to foster connections and build relationships among its members. The sponsorship committee is responsible for securing financial and in-kind support from businesses and other entities in the commercial real estate industry and related fields. The committee aims to identify potential sponsors, develop sponsorship packages, and build mutually beneficial relationships supporting the organization's events, programs, and initiatives. By obtaining these sponsorships, the committee helps provide resources and funding that enhance the organization's offerings and benefits for its members.
