Through these groups, members help determine MLS rules, education classes, public programs, form modifications, legislative positions, dues/fees, award criteria, discounted services, etc. 

CFR COMMITTEES

CFR Committees are charged with advancing key areas of the Association's Strategic Plan. Committees are a year-long commitment and meet monthly or bimonthly.    

Community relations Committee

The Community Relations Committee (CRC) has the responsibility of establishing and growing meaningful community partnerships for the betterment of our REALTOR® Members and the community in accordance with the CFR Strategic Plan.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee of the Association is responsible for monitoring the income and expense accounts of the Association, determining the best methods of financing Association programs, projects, and services, and recommending the annual budget to the Board of Directors for approval. Budget meetings begin in late June or early July and conclude in September. The annual budget shall be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval, preceding the budget year. Audit and annual review results are reported to Finance Committee members annually.

The sponsorship committee is responsible for securing financial and in-kind support from businesses and other entities in the commercial real estate industry and related fields. By obtaining these sponsorships, the committee helps provide resources and funding that enhance the organization's offerings and benefits for its members.
