Each year, Cape Fear REALTORS® and its members participate in the NC REALTORS® Convention and Expo. The 2022 NC REALTORS® Convention and Expo was held in Cherokee, NC. As part of this convention, NC REALTORS® holds their General Membership Meeting, where REALTORS® are selected as recipients of achievement awards. CFR is proud to announce that three of our members were presented with achievement awards!

Stephanie Lanier - REALTOR® Innovation & Entrepreneurial Excellence Award 

The REALTOR® Innovation & Entrepreneurial Excellence Award recognizes a member who offers the most innovative and entrepreneurial ideas for others to borrow and use in their own success. The recipient demonstrates the best traits of entrepreneurship, including willingness to take risks, drive, perseverance, and business creativity.

Tony Harrington - Committee Member of the Year Award

The Committee Member of the Year Award recognizes an NC REALTORS® Committee member who has demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm, and originality and who has dedicated time to committee work above what is usually required of a committee member.

Tom Gale - REALTOR® Regional Service Award - Region 2

The REALTOR® Regional Service Award recognizes a REALTOR® in each NC REALTORS® Region who has contributed to and is continuing to contribute to their Communities, Local Board, State, and National Association of REALTORS®.
