This form is required at the time the listing agreement is signed and is to be kept with all documents used by the listing firm. The North Carolina Real Estate Commission is who tracks member credit hours. Brokers must complete 8 hours of CE – comprised of one Update course and one Elective course – each year by June 10 in order to maintain active license status. See Commission Rule 58A .1702 for details.
