In order for us to process you as a resigning member in good standing, please do the following:

  • Satisfy any outstanding accounts – this must be done online. To access your account, please click on Internet Member Services (IMS) in the right hand menu of this website & log in with your MLS username & password. Click on all links at the top of the page (noted below) to ensure all invoices are paid. Not all accounts will have all four of these links.

    • Cape Fear REALTORS®, Inc.
    • REALTORS® Foundation
    • REALTOR® Commercial Alliance of SENC
  • Brokers-In-Charge: If your firm is closing, please return all KeyBoxes to the Association office. If you are transferring to another firm & a new BIC will be taking responsibility for the KeyBoxes at your firm, please contact our Supra Administrator Becky Woodcock at BWoodcock@CapeFear.Realtor or (910) 332-0146 for assistance.

Please remember to pay any license renewal fee(s) each year. Failure to do so may require you to repeat the licensure process. We strongly encourage you to take CE each year. Courses offered by Cape Fear REALTORS® can always be viewed Here.

Failing to pay your renewal fee before June 30 to the NC Real Estate Commission may result in loss of license. Maintain your license by paying your renewal fees and give strong consideration to fulfilling the continuing education requirements.
