Key Subscriber Only Application
You must be an MLS participant/subscriber of the NC Regional MLS to qualify for key only status.
Key Only Subscriber Applicant:
In joining the Key Subscriber service, you are not required to join CFR. However, you will be charged a one-time only set up fee of $25.00 plus a monthly key fee of $17.00 on the 1st of each month.

Member Information
All fees must be paid before service will be activated.
Note: When you perform an eSYNC, your key is automatically updated for both the Wilmington KeyBox system and the cooperating system. Please contact CFR at 910-332-0146 should your key number change, as this will affect your access to our system.
Having read this Agreement, the parties express their will to be bound by its terms by setting their signatures below.
Letter of Agreement
Please read the following information carefully; you are signing an affidavit.
1)I agree to abide by all Key Rules & Regulations as defined by the MLS-CFR.
2) I agree that loaning my Key to any other agent is a serious violation of this agreement and may result in the loss of Key access.
3) I agree that I will make an appointment PRIOR to showing the property unless the MLS directs otherwise.
4) I understand that I am subject to the laws of the state in which I hold my active real estate license.
5) I agree to pay fees levied for use of my key as from time to time amended.
6) I agree to disclose my agency representation and to educate my clients regarding agency.
7) I understand that if I am found to be in violation of the terms of this Agreement that I may lose my Key Subscriber privileges in the CFR Supra system. I understand that if a fine is levied in lieu of loss of Key privileges, such fine may be up to $15,000.
8) In the event of a dispute, which results in the filing of a grievance or arbitration, I agree to abide by the Bylaws of my primary association.
