This is the online submission form to request that Broker Luncheons be posted into CFR's Weekly Broker Briefing email newsletter.
Instructions and Guidelines
1) Please fill out all of the required fields on the next page in order for your luncheon to be approved and posted in Broker Briefing. Also, for required fields such as Menu/Catering Description, please insert what will be served (i.e. - a simple TBD will not be adequate during the final review process).
2) The deadline for submissions is at 5:00PM each Wednesday for the next week’s edition of Broker Briefing. Luncheons will only be posted on the Monday within the week in which they will occur. You may only submit your form beginning the Monday of the week prior to luncheon occurring.
Example: My luncheon occurs on Tuesday, May 13. This means that I am eligible to submit my luncheon request beginning on Monday, May 5. My deadline to have it submitted is then Wednesday, May 7 at 5:00PM.
Submissions sent earlier than this will not be accepted and you will be required to resubmit it during this specified appropriate timeframe.
3) Although you will receive an email after submission stating that we've received your request, please do not assume that your request has been approved. CFR Staff will review all information and confirm approval directly via email. Please be patient as we work through these requests. If no one has contacted you by Monday morning at 9:00AM of the week in which your luncheon occurs, then call 910.762.9050.
4) We reserve the right to edit your luncheon descriptions if they become lengthy - please be concise. No more than 3-5 sentences.
5) If you're submitting a single luncheon event with multiple properties, please included all addresses, prices, MLS#s, etc. in the same fields within a single request. Otherwise, please submit individual requests for each separate luncheon.
