We welcome your interest in joining the Cape Fear REALTORS® as an Affiliate Member. Affiliate Members have many opportunities to participate in the Association:

GET LISTED: Members get their name and company details listed on the Affiliate Member Directory, so don’t forget to log in and update your profile to ensure the greatest visibility.
ACCESS TO MEMBERS-ONLY EVENTS: Members may attend both free and fee-based association meetings and members-only events. Participation is welcome in our discussions. Your perspective is different and will prove valuable to the association.
MAILING LISTS: Members may purchase a mailing list (mailing addresses only) at the same cost as REALTOR® Members.
NETWORKING AND SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: You are given the opportunity to sponsor events through the Affiliate Sponsorship Program while receiving various visibility opportunities and one-on-one networking chances to build partnerships with REALTOR® members plus a post-event attendee registration contact list.
SERVE ON THE AFFILIATE MEMBER COMMITTEE ANNUALLY: Be the link to inform & educate REALTORS® about real estate resources in a fair manner.
NEW FREE AFFILIATE ADVERTISING: Free digital board advertising in the NEW CFR Member Lounge – Affiliate members can submit an advertising graphic (1920 h x 1080 w jpg) for daily visibility to REALTOR® members.
NEW FREE ACCESS TO BROKERBAY SHOWING SERVICE: Free access to the BrokerBay Showing Service to schedule appointments and work directly with their Concierge Call Center Service.

*Affiliate Membership comprises of primary and additional/secondary members. If you are the sole Affiliate Member of your company registered with CFR, you are the Primary Member. Additional/secondary members are listed under the company profile within CFR and are granted the same benefits and opportunities.

*Affiliate Membership of a company does not extend to other members of that company unless that individual applies and registers as an additional/secondary member.
